Apparel Merchandising & Design (AMD)
As an apparel merchandising and design student, you will study fashion, design, textiles, and merchandising in advanced facilities using state-of-the-art technologies.

Child Development & Family Studies (HDF)
The child development and family studies programs prepare students in their understanding, and appreciation of the complexity and diversity of individuals and their relationships. Students engage in critical thinking and the application of knowledge to improve the quality of life for individuals and families across the life span.

Foods & Nutrition (FNS)
The foods and nutrition programs offer majors in foodservice administration and dietetics, minors in foodservice administration and nutrition, and a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. The dietetics undergraduate program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education.

Gerontology (GRN)
Gerontology is the holistic study of aging. The program draws primarily from psychology, health and biology, sociology, and human development and family studies. This is an ideal minor for those who enjoy working with older adults and their families or who seek graduate studies in gerontology.

Interior Design (IND)
The interior design program involves the detailed design of interiors, drawing on diverse knowledge from various disciplines emphasizing an integrated approach that relates interior design to society and architecture.
