Heather has experienced a lot in the past few years – she got engaged, bought a new house, got married, started a new job
and had a beautiful baby boy all within a year and a half. “Many people tell me that I have endured all of the major stresses
in life in a short time frame, but I wouldn’t trade any of it for the world,” she says.
At CMU, Heather provides media relations support to the colleges of Business Administration, Humanities and Social and Behavioral
Sciences, Graduate Studies, the Office of International Education and Off Campus Programs. Heather loves learning new things every
day and then sharing exciting news about CMU with the world.
“I am a CMU grad, and I come from a family of many CMU grads,” she says. “We are very proud of everything that CMU stands for, from
academics to athletics, and I feel fortunate every day that I can continue to be a part of such a successful and growing university.”
