Broadcast
right from the campus of Central Michigan University, public
radio and television keep mid and northern Michigan in touch
with the world. CMU’s Public Broadcasting Service is the
largest university-operated network in the entire country,
with seven radio and six television stations serving
audiences throughout central and northern Michigan and parts
of Canada.

Special Olympics Michigan |
Special Olympics Michigan provides sports training and
athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for
developmentally challenged children and adults who live in
the state. Athletes receive continuing opportunities to
develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience
joy, and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills, and
friendship with their families, other Special Olympics
athletes, and the community.
