Residence Halls
It's true, there is no place like home. But CMU residence halls come close. Nearly every suite in CMU's 22 residence halls includes a separate bathroom, bedroom, and study/living room, making CMU's residence halls some of the most spacious in Michigan.
Most halls offer classes just a few doors down from your student's room, the latest workout equipment and convenience stores and snack bars for munchies. Have your son or daughter choose their roommate or let us match him or her up with someone with similiar interests. CMU offers all men, all women, or coed floors.
And the best part? If your student knows what he or she is interested in studying, he or she can live in one of our five residential colleges. Students in residential colleges enjoy the benefits of shared classes, cooperative study groups, daily interaction with faculty members, career-related programs, field trips, and more.
