Your student's education is a major financial investment for you and your daughter or son. In choosing to attend CMU, your student has selected one of the most affordable universities in the state.
CMU's Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid is available to walk you and your student through the process of paying for a CMU education, whether you need advice on loans, scholarships, or anything else.

- In 1980, CMU became the first university nationwide to offer a four-year accredited athletic training program.
- CMU is the only university in Michigan to partner with Special Olympics Michigan, and CMU has hosted the state Summer Olympics Games for 38 years.
- CMU develops more than 5,000 student leaders annually through programs administered by its nationally known Leadership Institute, the Office of Residence Life and the Office of Student Life.
