BWM Tech Assistant

To assist Building Maintenance Work in performing preventive and routine maintenance and minor repairs within the Student Activity Center.

Bowling Attendant

Operates the bowling center by providing customer service in issuing lanes, equipment, and any other duties that are required to perform the service.

Building Supervisor

Assist in the management of the Student Activity Center and the Rose Center Complex during hours of operation.

Computer Technical Support

To develop technical programs, databases, maintain and repair present hardware, and service the technical needs of the department.

Employment Services Assistant

Assist with the daily operations by providing support and assistance with the payroll and the student personnel administration.

Event Staff

To provide support during URec rental programs, athletic events, and with any university-wide event that is hosted by the Student Activity Center/Rose Complex.

Facility Support Crew

To provide housekeeping, set-up and auxiliary support in the Student Activity Center.

Facility Technical Assistant

To perform preventive maintenance on all equipment located within the Student Activity Center.

Fitness Attendant

To ensure the safety of the members and guests within the Fitness Centers by enforcing the specified policies and procedures.

Graphic/Web Designer

To develop and maintain the departments web site and assist with the development of marketing publications for University Recreation.

Graphic Design Coordinator

Assist with the organization and administration of all marketing materials.

Group Fitness Leader

Develop and lead aerobic activities and utilize both safe and effective movements through warm up, aerobics, conditioning, strength training, and cool down activities.

Intramural Equipment Attendant

Issue and collect equipment to and from the participants of our Intramural Program.

Intramural Maintenance

Responsible for maintaining a safe and pleasant playing environment for fields/courts and equipment that is used for all intramural sports programs.

Intramural Sports Official

Responsible for maintaining a safe and pleasant playing environment for all participants by enforcing the established rules and regulations for each particular sport.

Intramural Sports Supervisor

Oversee all operational functions and game management of the Intramural Sports Program.

Lifeguard

To ensure the safety of members and guests within the aquatic areas.

Marketing/Production Support

Assist with the organizational and administrative aspects of marketing relevant to University Recreation.

Membership Services Representative

To assist with the daily operations which include sales and processing of membership procedures as well as providing support and assisting with all of the administrative functions for the department.

Personal Trainer

Provide clientele with one-on-one assistance to create a customized workout program.

Photographer

Take photos of all events run by University Recreation for brochures, newsletters and the URec website.

Pilates Instructor

Teach Pilates classes to group fitness classes. Certification is required.

Program Coordinator - Aquatics

Assist and organize aquatic related programs and events.

Program Coordinator - Fitness

Assist and organize fitness programs and events.

Program Coordinator - Student Personnel

Assist Coordinator of Student Personnel with training programs, everyday administrative work, and other Human resources activities.

Program Desk Representative

To provide customer service to potential and current participants of intramural sports, youth & family, aquatics, and fitness/wellness programs.

SAC Camp - Head Counselor

Assist in the daily program planning and development of the Summer Activity Camp program for children ages 6 - 12.

SAC Camp - Counselor

Provide each camper with a fun-filled, safe and continually rewarding experience with a focus on on positive interactions and leadership developments for youth ages 6 -12.

SAC Camp - Arts and Crafts

Provide positive interactions and interacts and participates with a group of 15-25 campers by facilitating fun and safe arts & crafts lesson plans.

Safety Program Instructor

Assist in providing educational safety programs for student staff members employed by University Recreation and to enrolled class participants.

Service Center Representative

Provide customer service to members and guests that inquire about the facility, programs, and services operated by the department.

Student Manager

Coordinate and manage all operational functions, programs, and personnel of: the SAC, Rose Complex, Intramural Outdoor Complex, and Indoor Athletic Complex during hours of operation the Coordinator of Recreational Services is not on duty.

Water Safety Instructor

Teach American Red Cross Water Safety to USwim participants. Must be ARC WSI certified.

Yoga Instructor

Teach yoga classes to group fitness classes. Yoga Fit certification is required.
