Standard Reasons for Rejection

For your convenience, a standard list of reasons for rejection has been established. You may use this list of reasons, as long as the reason for rejection ties into the requirements for the position. For example, if your job posting does not require evidence of computer knowledge/skills, then you cannot use Number 3 from the list to screen out a candidate. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the Office of Civil Rights and Institutional Equity, Faculty Personnel Services, or the Unit Affirmative Action Coordinator for your area.
