Two Ways to CA$H in on Wellness

1.  Earn "Ca$h in on Wellness" awards for each component completed.

All CMU staff and Fixed-Term faculty and off-campus employees (even those not on the CMU medical insurances) have the opportunity to earn up to $335-$410* for participating in healthy lifestyle behaviors. Click on each program below for a complete description of the component and learn how to earn the award.

All component forms must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Monday, July 16, 2012 to receive awards for 2011-2012 and to be eligible for gain-sharing in 2012.
