When was the last time you took an inventory of your health? “For the Health of it!” the CMU Employee Wellness Program is pleased to invite you to participate in HealthMedia® SucceedTM, a revolutionary health improvement program. Succeed allows you to step back and assess your life. It helps you prioritize what kinds of health changes you may be ready to make and gives you strategies for achieving your health goals.
Succeed takes the time to understand you as a unique individual and creates your personal plan for healthy living. Your private plan will identify behaviors that need improvement and provide the tools for making healthy changes.
Succeed is a convenient and secure web based program, developed by medical doctors, a psychologist and talented healthcare professionals. Succeed may help you on your way to living a longer, healthier, happier life.
