2018 Women of Color Collaborative Luncheon
Hosted by Ferris State University
Registration is open for the 2018 Michigan ACE Women's Network Women of Color Collaborative Luncheon, set for Friday, November 9, at Ferris State University in Big Rapids.
"Let's Talk About It" will include lunch, deliberative dialogues, optional tours of the Jim Crow Museum of Racist Memorabilia, the Museum of Sexist Objects, and networking opportunities. The luncheon is scheduled from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. with optional museum tours at 10 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. Ana L. Ramirez-Saenz, a member of the Ferris State University Board of Trustees, will be the keynote speaker. She is the CEO and owner of La Fuente Consulting LLC, diversity and inclusion consultancy, established in 2000.
Registration is due by 5 p.m. Friday, October 26. Cost is $70. Information about hotels and other luncheon details are online; questions can be directed to WOCC@ferris.edu
