COVID-19 Testing
CMU will no longer require weekly testing for unvaccinated individuals. CMU will continue to offer testing services for students, faculty and staff:
- Testing for individuals who are symptomatic or close contacts: Please use the CMU Healthscreen app to report symptoms/status. You will be contacted with guidance on testing and next steps.
- Individuals who wish to receive a COVID-19 test for any other reason must call to make an appointment:
- Students: Call Student Health Services at 989-774-6599, option #1.
- Faculty/staff: Call CMU Primary Specialty Clinic at 989-774-7585, option #1.
If you traveled internationally over the break, it is recommended you also be tested at least three times during the week of your return. Find and schedule your test on the Michigan.gov COVID-19 testing site or schedule an on-campus test using the numbers listed above.
