Presentations and campus tours

We offer four types of campus visits to meet all kinds of availabilities and interests.

Daily Visits
Spend 45 minutes with an admissions counselor learning about campus culture, academic offerings, admissions requirements, costs, and scholarships. Following the presentation, you will be led on a 90-minute general campus tour with a CMU student Campus Ambassador who will share his/her perspectives and experiences on campus.

Presentations and tours are held twice per day, Monday through Thursday, beginning at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., and at 10 a.m. on select Fridays and Saturdays. Friday and Saturday visits include a complimentary lunch in a residential restaurant.

Education and Human Services Discovery Visits [View upcoming dates]

One morning per month, the Admissions office hosts a special visit day just for students interested in programs offered by the College of Education and Human Services (EHS). The program includes an admissions presentation given by an EHS representative, a Q&A panel featuring current EHS students, a tour of the beautiful new EHS facilities not accessed on a daily visit, and complimentary lunch in a residential restaurant. During lunch, you will have the opportunity to interact with staff from the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid, the Leadership Institute, and the Honors Program.

This unique visit will provide you with all the information offered during a daily visit, plus the specifics you need to know in order to decide if a major in one of the EHS programs is right for you.

Science and Technology Tour [View upcoming dates
