Alumni Gold Scholarship

The Alumni Gold Scholarship is a competitive one time only scholarship for children and grandchildren of CMU graduates. The scholarship is awarded annually to up to three recipients ranging in value of $1000-$2000 per award. “Generations of families have passed on the CMU tradition to their children and grandchildren and we want to help celebration this special relationship” says Marcie Otteman, director of alumni relations. Recipients of the scholarship must be incoming freshmen or transfer students. The Alumni Association Board of Directors selects the winners annually from the applicant pool. Last year over 400 students applied for the three scholarships.
