The Homecoming flash
oral history program is set with Public Broadcasting for the afternoon
(12:30-3:30pm), as are children’s activities at the CHSBS tent in Alumni
Village and a special open house for the school house (9:00am-12:00pm) and Rowe
Hall museum (1:00pm-5:00pm).
Maroon and Gold concert series featuring Paddlebots will be playing a free concert. Features a beer garden, open to the public.
Held in the afternoon of Homecoming, this event draws quite a crowd to Rose Ponds (near the CMU Events Center). For two weeks, students in the Engineering programs work on building cardboard boats. They sail the boats across the ponds, and the first team to the other side wins.
