• Attend creative and client meetings to understand client and air staff project requirements
• Producing the weekly Week in Review video newscast
• Produce any breaking video news or reports and post as soon as possible
• Shoot and edit video, report/anchor stories
• Produce promotional video and client advertisements
• Cover news assignments as set by the news director, executive producer, anchor or program director
• Be on-call for night and weekend news coverage duty in the event of breaking news

Experience:
• Background in radio or broadcasting is a major benefit

Additional Skills:
• Strong skillset working with the Adobe products, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Audition (Cool Edit) and InDesign
• Availability when news breaks is integral
• Ability to use of Microsoft Office specifically Exchange E-mail, Word, Excel is also required

Responsibilities:
• Prospect and develop station accounts with a focus on new business development
• Create client marketing plans that include broadcast and new media
• Utilize research, conceptualize and communicate creative ideas
• Follow through on production for new business clients
• Establish and maintain current customer relationships
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and proof of insurability

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred 

Experience:
• Prior sales and marketing experience with emphasis in broadcast media referred
