The “Faces of Migration” project highlighted the personal stories of people who are at the center of the debate on immigration in the United States. Photojournalism majors brought to light the issues facing the newest Americans living across Michigan. They personalized their struggles in a country divided by politics and ideology by giving faces to the faceless.
The workshop was led by world renowned photographer Danny Wilcox Frazier and supported by Professor Kent Miller and alumni volunteers Sean Proctor, Jake May and Erin Kirkland.
