Get Involved

There are many ways to get involved with the Chippewa Marching Band even if you've never picked up an instrument. We've outlined a few of the ways to get involved below.

Season Tickets

The Marching Band has been set aside a number of season tickets for family and friends who would love to cheer on the Chippewa football team and the marching Chips all season long. Located in the "band fan" section, you will catch every exciting moment of the Chippewas 2007 season. To purchase these tickets please go to the CMU Chippewa Page

The Championship Fund

Gifts to the Band's championship fund give donors the opportunity to contribute annually to specific needs highlighted by the director. It's a convenient and helpful way to give! To support the band with a financial gift, please follow the link to the The Marching Band Championship Fund.

The Chippewa Club

Gifts to the Chippewa Club provide fundamental financial support for the base budget of each CMU Athletics program. Contributions through the Chippewa Club offer membership benefits that are not available through any other type of annual giving.

Championship Fund gifts will count toward your Chippewa Club membership level only if you are a current Chippewa Club member. While it is not necessary to be a Chippewa Club member to make a Championship Fund contribution, please note that Chippewa Club giving is what establishes membership benefits.

President's Circle

CMU's President's Circle recognizes the contributions of our many alumni, parents and friends who support the university's tradition of academic excellence with gifts of $500 or more annually. Members have generously supported specific student scholarships, academic programs, applied faulty research and creative activity, and important on-going programs such as facilities and technology initiatives.

Persons sponsoring a section will:

  • Be our guests for a CMU home football game;
  • Be acknowledged in the football program for that game;
  • Receive a framed photo of themselves with their sponsored section.

Game Day Experience
