Rick Reynolds

 

Rick Reynolds is president emeritus of MidMichigan Health, having served as its president and CEO from 2008-2013. He joined MidMichigan in 1980 as vice president of finance, and served in various roles over the years including senior vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer. Prior to his current role, he served as president of MidMichigan Medical Center – Midland and executive vice president of MidMichigan Health. Reynolds came to MidMichigan Health from Ernst & Young where he was audit manager.
 
Reynolds is a CPA, a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a Fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He is chairman of the Board of Directors of Wolverine Bank, director and executive vice president of the Charles J. Strosacker Foundation, director and past chairman of Caymich Insurance Company, director and member of the Executive Committee of the Michigan Health & Hospital Association, and director of Midland tomorrow and the Greater Midland Community Centers, Inc. He previously served as director and 2007 annual campaign chairman of the United Way of Midland County, chairman and director of the Midland Area Chamber of Commerce, director and treasurer of the Midland Area Community Foundation, and as a member of numerous other nonprofit organizations.
 
Reynolds received his bachelor’s degree with honors from Michigan State University.
