Student purchase a minimum amount of equipment and learn one of the worlds oldest competitions. There is no actual physical contact so its perfect for beginners, still, students learn all about the sport's technique and skills. It is a great cardiovascular workout and the instructor is a USA Boxing certified and insured boxing coach and instructor. This is one of our highest reviewed courses.
