PES Scholarships
Several scholarships are available each year to undergraduate students with a major or minor in the Department of Physical Education and Sport, and graduate students enrolled in the MA in Sport Administration.

Students interested in PES scholarships (see below) need only apply once by the required deadline to be considered for all scholarships awarded by the PES Department. Each applicant must be enrolled in the following Fall and Spring to receive an award, if selected.

Most applications are reviewed by the PES Department’s Student Advising and Development Committee. The committee will review the materials of all applicants. The committee will determine which candidates are most deserving for each scholarship based on their submitted materials and the minimum requirements for each scholarship. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

The application to be considered for PES department awards is here:
https://chpwebapp.cmich.edu/forms/webform/PESScholarships/

If you are interested in a PES scholarship decided by the PES department Student Advising and Development Committee, please complete the application form by the deadline of 11:59 p.m. on April 15. Award recipients will be announced in May; awards will be disbursed in two sums in the following Fall and Spring.
