Assistant Professor at University of Wisconsin
Graduated in 2009 with an M.A. in Broadcast & Cinematic Arts
I’m grateful for and proud of my time in the School of Broadcast and Cinematic Arts MA program and I wouldn’t be where I am today without the abilities for research, development of practical skills, and hands-on teaching experience I received there. My experience working as a graduate assistant for News Central 34 expanded my skill set even further beyond what I learned as an undergrad, and the opportunities for travel and research funding helped get me accepted to a prestigious doctoral program when I was ready to advance my teaching career. Currently I am an assistant professor at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay where I still use the theories, skills and ideas I learned in the BCA program to educate and inspire my students in our Mass Media and Game Studies emphases the same way the BCA faculty inspired me.
