Students from CMU's Art and Design and Theatre departments along with The Powers Woodwind Quintet, a School of Music faculty ensemble, are presenting a free family concert featuring the classic musical tale of Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf.

The 40 minute concert, scheduled for Sunday, April 8 at 2:00 p.m. in Staples Family Concert Hall on CMU's campus, will feature narration by CMU voice faculty member, LaToya Lain, a shadow puppet show directed by Puppetry Artist Nicole Graziano, and performances by theatre and music students.

Immediately following the concert, attendees will have an opportunity to see a variety of instruments up close and visit with music faculty and student musicians.

Seating is limited to theatre capacity and filled on a first-come, first seated basis.
