Professor Allen's research interests are in the areas of professional selling, sales management and interorganizational relationships. Dr. Allen's research has been published in the Journal of Internet Commerce, Journal of Marketing for Higher Education, Journal of Instructional Pedagogies, and has been presented at numerous national and international conferences including the American Marketing Association, Academy of Marketing Science, Society for Marketing Advances, American Collegiate Retailing Association, Cross-Cultural Research and the World Business Congress of the International Management Development Association.

Professor Hoyle has over 20 years experience in B2B sales in the foodservice, healthcare, and forest products industries. Jeff currently teaches Organizational Selling, Marketing Strategies for Entrepreneurs and Marketing & Society as well as advising the American Marketing Assn CMU chapter. Jeff's experience in B2B sales includes such clients as General Motors, General Electric, PepsiCo, Alcoa, and TVA.
