Students interested in Professional Sales have many opportunities to practice real-world skills, receive mentoring from sales professionals, and build their professional network through sales competitions.


CMU Sales Challenge

Faculty-Led Sales Competitions

Students who want to maximize their experience and learning related to sales during their collegiate career are chosen to showcase their talent at regional and national sales competitions. Coached by sales faculty, small teams are formed to represent CMU at events such as the National Collegiate Sales Competition, International Collegiate Sales Competition, University of Toledo Invitational Sales Challenge, Twin Cities Collegiate Sales Team Competition, and the AT&T National Sales Competition. Pi Sigma Epsilon (PSE)

Students who are members of Pi Sigma Epsilon, a registered student organization on campus, meet weekly to build their sales skills and then travel together to compete in regional and national sales competitions. To learn more about CMU's PSE chapter, visit their page in Engage Central.
