CMU: Life Beyond the Classroom Walls: Feb. 24 - September 30, 2011

The Magnetic Field: The Mt. Pleasant Discovery Museum hosted its first interactive exhibit in our temporary gallery space.

Mid-Michigan Fashion, 1850 - 1970: Take a peek inside the closets and pantries of Isabella county residents over the century from 1850 to 1970.

Evolution & Emancipation: Darwin and Lincoln at 200: The Exhibition: This exhibition commemorates the 200th anniversary of the birth of Charles Darwin and Abraham Lincoln, both born on February 12, 1809. The exhibition explores how each man's image has been used over the past 150 years to inspire people, promote causes and even sell goods.

Beyond Barbie: An exhibition of more than 100 dolls in native dress from 60 different countries around the globe.

Fine Feathered Friends: View more than 400 images of the 125 species of birds in our collection.   

Bicycles, Beanies and Birds: For more than 30 years, the CMU Museum of Cultural & Natural History has been collecting objects for research, study and exhibition.
