Accompanying children's gallery for the Changing Waters exhibit provides fun, hands-on activities for children to learn about the Great Lakes. Children can mine for iron ore, play in sand dunes, slide down Niagra Falls, and much more! See various species of fish and birds, the many types of rocks and soils that are found in the Great Lakes region, and a lighthouse beacon.
Come visit the Museum of Cultural and Natural History and become an explorer who charts their course through each of the Great Lakes in the Great Lakes Adventure gallery!

First stop is to pick up a map in order to track your adventure activities!
When you have completed your activity pass, be sure to stop into the Museum main office to receive your Great Lakes Explorer Badge!
