Heather Wolf joined the department in the fall of 2012 as the Social Studies Mid-tier and Methods instructor. Ms. Wolf's related experience includes 15 years of classroom teaching. During her time in education, she has taught multiple subjects within the Social Studies discipline, including the United States History, American Government & Civics, Practical Law, World Studies, and Contemporary American History. Ms. Wolf has also worked on numerous committees, such as the Michigan Department of Education's Content Area Advisory Committee and currently serves as the Chairperson of the Shepherd High School Social Studies Department. In 2009, she was awarded the High School Educator of the Year by the Michigan Council for the Social Studies.
