​The Competitive Edge: Best Practices for a Family & Gender Friendly Campus

The Women and Gender Studies program, in coordination with the CMU ACE Network for Women,​ invites all CMU faculty and administrators ​join us as we discuss ways to make our campus more family and gender friendly. Light refreshments will be served. We hope that you will join us as we learn about new t​rends in supportive campus policies, share our experiences with gender and family issues, and draft recommendations to improve our campus.

The workshop will be facilitated by political science professor J. Cherie Strachan, director of the Women and Gender Studies program and co-director of the Citizen Engagement Division.
