Kim Chorvath started teaching both English to speakers of foreign languages and communication while living in Sweden more than 20 years ago. She has extensive international experience with a total of 11 years living and working overseas. Kim has taught at colleges and universities in Sweden, Belgium, The Netherlands, and China. Before coming to CMU, she also taught in the English Language Program at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan. While living in Poland, Kim taught at the American School of Warsaw, a renowned international school.
Kim is interested in identifying and supporting students with learning differences in IEP/EAP programs, and intercultural and speech communication.
