The Marketing and Communications Department at the CMU College of Medicine manages all marketing communications, as well as strategic and tactical implementation of brand standards, graphic design, public relations, internal & external communications, and social media for the three brands operating as part of the College of Medicine family: the CMU College of Medicine, CMU Health, and CMU Medical Education Partners. Put simply, this department helps tell the story of our faculty, staff and students, as well as communicating the unique mission of the CMU College of Medicine to prepare diverse, culturally competent physicians focused on improving access to high-quality health care in Michigan with an emphasis on rural and medically under-served regions. This mission has come to fruition as the College graduated its first class of students in May 2017, 100% of whom matched for residency.
