The Central Michigan University College of Medicine has campuses in Mount Pleasant and Saginaw, and both have state-of-the-art technology in new buildings.
In Saginaw, the CMU College of Medicine partnered with Covenant HealthCare and St. Mary's of Michigan to assume control of a medical education group that has 40-plus years of experience working with medical students and residents. Our clinics form the largest multi-speciality practice in the Great Lakes Bay Region. Saginaw serves as the primary site for education of third- and fourth-year CMU College of Medicine students, our resident program and most of our CMU Health clinics. Our 46,000-square-foot education building with a 10,000-square-foot simulation center opened in May 2015.
The campus of Central Michigan University serves as the primary location for education of first- and second-year medical students, for the college’s central administration and for conduct of its research programs.
