Appointment Expectations
What should I expect when I arrive for my appointment?

Arrival Time: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the short registration process.
Late Arrival: Our offices make every effort to stay on schedule. If you do not arrive on or before your scheduled appointment time, it might be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations: If you cannot keep your appointment, please call our office immediately to cancel. If at all possible, please call us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring all your current medications with you to each appointment. (See medication review)

The patient is responsible for providing current insurance information (health insurance card or photocopy of it) at the time of service.

Co-pays and co-insurances are the responsibility of the patient and are expected at the time of service.
