Eric Buschlen

Eric Buschlen, Assistant Professor
I am a proud two-time CMU Chippewa and it feels great to give back to my alma mater. I am a "student" focused faculty member, both in the research field and in the classroom. My research agenda is two-fold:
1. I focus on the process of examining an undergraduate's leadership evolution following service endeavors both inside and outside of a classroom.
2. I want to be able to share those results and data with Student Affairs professionals when students serve in a co-curricular setting.

Research Interests
Undergraduate student leadership development through service
Socially responsible leadership
Service-learning leadership projects

Teaching Interests
Leadership Theory
Group Dynamics & Leadership Communication
Student Affairs Administration and Programming.
