Ph.D. in Educational Leadership is designed to provide in-depth knowledge and skills to educational leaders who seek to develop and refine their knowledge and skills to help transform through practice. The centerpiece of the Ph.D. curriculum is a personal transformation to a critical understanding of knowledge and the way it is conveyed.

Graduate research assistantships are available for doctoral students. Graduate Research Assistants are assigned to faculty to conduct research projects to the faculty's expertise. The workload is twenty hours per week for a full-time Graduate Research Assistant. Tuition remission of up to twenty (20) hours of graduate study per academic year (Fall, Spring, and Summer terms) and a stipend. Assistantship applications must be submitted by February 1st.
