Graduation Rates: Of the students graduating in the 2016-2017 school year, those who started at CMU as freshman, graduated in an average of 4.3 years. Students who transferred to CMU graduated in an average of 3.7 years. Some students choose to take 12 credits a semester or less in order to work part- or full-time to cover their educational expenses, which impacts their ability to graduate within 4 years.
