​​​​​​​​​Study Abroad with Special Education​
Intellectual Disability in Denmark offers students the chance to earn essential course credit while experiencing special education from a cross cultural perspective. Students will begin coursework on campus followed by 10 days exploring structures, perspectives and philosophy of disability and services in Denmark.

Course Options
  • SPE 519: Students with Cognitive Impairment
  • SPE 521: Teaching with Students with Cognitive Impairment
  • SPE 545: Special Topics Course: International Studies in Special Education.
  • (519 & 521 double count as University Program courses if taken through the Denmark Study Abroad ​Experience​!)
