Dr. Beiz is an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine and practices in our CMU Health-Saginaw clinic. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University, his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, and completed his residency in primary care internal medicine at the University of Connecticut. Prior to Joining CMU, he served as clinical assistant professor at Western Michigan University School of Medicine and medical director for hospital medicine at Oaklawn hospital, where he also served as the section chief for the medicine department and was named “physician of the year” in 2014. His clinical interests include inpatient diabetic management, Clostridium Difficile, and perioperative medicine. He is particularly interested in identifying and improving processes pertaining to quality and safety.
