Renovation and expansion of Grawn Hall, home to the College of Business Administration, is underway.
The $10.8 million project will include a 6,600-square-foot, two-story addition on the west side of the building, including a new main entry and multifunctional space for lectures, events and group study. The renovation of the pre-existing 16,200 square feet will update corridors, add fire suppression, replace windows, and include new student service and collaboration spaces.
The project began May 9 and will take two summers to complete. Grawn serves 4,200 students a year and is the oldest building on campus.
