Welcome to the University Apartments at Central Michigan Un​iversity. We hope you will seriously consider making the University Apartments your home away from home.

This information should answer your questions about the facilities available, services you may expect, and regulations you will be expected to follow.

We will begin accepting online applications for the summer 2015 and 2015-2016 academic year on March 1, 2015.  If you apply prior to March 1, 2015, for a summer or academic year apartment – your application will not be considered.  We make apartment assignments based on the application date of March 1, 2015 or later.  

Thank you for considering on campus apartment living here at CMU, we have limited space available in our apartments at this time.  While cancellations are happening and new students are being assigned, we can not guarantee that you will get an assignment if you apply.  We encourage you to consider alternative housing in Mt. Pleasant.
