Welcome to the University Apartments at Central Michigan Un iversity. We hope you will seriously consider making the University Apartments your home away from home.

This information should answer your questions about the facilities available, services you may expect, and regulations you will be expected to follow.

We are pleased to now begin accepting applications for January 2016 apartment leases. 
Apartments will be assigned starting in early November and will be assigned until full. ​Please note that we currently have a high occupancy with few openings so we may not be able to accommodate all apartment requests.  If you are interested in Summer 2016 or academic year 2016-2017 housing we will begin taking applications on March 1, 2016. Applications received before March 1 for summer or fall academic year housing will not be accepted. 

Thank you for considering on campus apartment living here at CMU, we have limited space available in our apartments at this time.  While cancellations are happening and new students are being assigned, we can not guarantee that you will get an assignment if you apply.  We encourage you to consider alternative housing in Mt. Pleasant.
