2018 Leadership Camp Staff!


Alexx Delzer – Facilitator

Alexx is a Senior from Midland, Michigan.  She is a Secondary Education major studying English and Health.  Alexx is the CMU Campus Rep for Victoria's Secret PINK and a Sakroots Campus Ambassador.  She is also the fundraising chair for the Student Michigan Education Association!  A two-time camper herself, Alexx loves the passion that runs through Leadership Camp!

 

Alicia Feldpausch – Facilitator

Alicia is a 5th year Senior joining us from Fowler, Michigan.  Alicia is an accounting major who has been involved with Alternative Breaks, Special Olympics Michigan, and is a member of the Honors Program.  She greatly appreciates the opportunity to build relationships with some excellent people in Leadership Camp!

 

Anna Dean – Facilitator

Anna is from Rochester Hills, Michigan and is a double major in Political Science, and Law and Economics with a Leadership Minor.  She is a sophomore and is involved with Student Government Association, Leadership Safari, the Volunteer Center, College Volunteer Corps and is a Leader Advancement Scholar.  Anna loves the LCamp community and the impact that everyone has on each other!

 

Cat Hall – Facilitator

Cat is a Human Resources Management major from Bay City, Michigan.  She is also pursuing a minor in Legal Studies as she enters her Senior year.  Outside of LCamp, Cat is a member of both the Club Tennis team and Alpha Sigma Alpha, is a Leadership Safari Guide, and is a Student Assistant at CMU's Park Library!  Cat's favorite part of Camp is the family atmosphere and the bonds she has been able to make!

 

CC Shoemaker – 2.0 Facilitator

CC is from Livonia, Michigan and is another recent CMU Grad.  She majored in Psychology and Kinesiology and was a Psychology Research Assistant, a member of the Honors Health Service Society, a Sign Shop student employee, and went on an Alternative Break during her time here.  CC also attended Camp twice and loves empowering others to make change while creating lifetime bonds!

 

Casey Wright – Facilitator

Casey, a Broadcasting and Cinematic Arts major, is a Junior joining us from Oxford, Michigan.  She is also pursuing a minor in Leadership and is involved with a plethora of things including Delta Phi Epsilon sorority, Homecoming Committee, and Kesseler Hall council.  Casey's favorite thing about LCamp is the fun and energetic atmosphere, particularly Mock Rock!

 

Erin Horn– Facilitator

Erin, a St. Clair Shores native, is about to enter her Senior year studying Anthropology and a Biology minor.  She is the Treasurer of the Swim Club, President of the Anthropology Club, a Squad Leader for Marching Band and is in her 2nd year as a Facilitator.  She loves that Leadership Camp is an opportunity to bring diverse groups of people together to enrich their lives!

 

Gabrielle Vogler – Facilitator

Coming from Whitehall, Michigan, Gabby is a Junior studying Choral Music Education.  On campus, she is involved with the American Choral Director's Association and Just a Swing Thing, the university's swing dance registered student organization.  Gabby's favorite thing about Leadership Camp is the opportunity to accept herself and appreciate the interests of others.

 

Gina Weaver – Facilitator

From Big Rapids, Michigan, Gina Weaver, a senior who is studying Special Education.  Gina is a Resident Assistant in the Towers Residence Halls and is a member of Sexual Aggression Peer Advocates (SAPA) and Kappa Delta Pi.  Her favorite part of Camp is seeing the development and action of social change!

 

Hailey Brown – Facilitator

Hailey is a Junior studying Biomedical Sciences with pre-med intent from White Lake, Michigan. She is very involved on campus including the Minority Association of PreMed Students, A Letter for Better, and FEW Hall Council. Hailey's favorite part of LCamp is getting to meet new people and helping others grow and push themselves!

 

Jackson Hallauer – Facilitator

Joining us from Westland, Michigan is Jack, a Junior studying Journalism.  Jack is also minoring in Broadcasting and Cinematic Arts and is involved with MHTV, the CMU Photo Club, and the campus newspaper, CM Life.  His favorite thing about Leadership Camp is the opportunity to make new connections and become a better leader!

 

Kerisa Rascoe – Facilitator

Kerisa is a Senior hailing from Essexville, Michigan.  She is majoring in Communication disorders and is a triple minor in communication sciences and disorders, Leadership and American Sign Language.  Kerisa is a Resident Assistant, a member of CMU's Marching Band, and part of the Alpha Sigma Tau sorority and the David Garcia Project!  Kerisa loves that LCamp allows everyone to be their true and complete selves while learning how to create social change!

 

Kristen Cody – Facilitator

Kristen is a recent CMU graduate from Fenton, Michigan.  She was a double major in Integrative Public Relations, and Cultural and Global Studies.  Kristen was also a Resident Assistant on campus while being involved in Dance United and Young Life, among others.  Kristen's favorite part of Leadership Camp is being around people who inspire her to make a change in the world!

 

Lyndsy Allmacher – Facilitator

Coming from Northville, Michigan is 5th year Senior Lyndsy.  This is Lyndsy's third year as a Facilitator as she works towards her Special Education major.  Outside of school and LCamp, she works for Central Michigan Care where she takes care of children and adults with special needs and is training to become an applied behavior analyst.  Lyndsy loves that the feelings and relationships she's made will last for much longer than the two weeks of Camp!

 

Madison Thayer – Facilitator

Madison is a Junior double majoring in Psychology and Marketing.  She is a native of Macomb, Michigan and is very involved on campus with Residence Hall Assembly, Ignite Leadership, is a Deskie at Trout Hall and is the new Hall Council Advisor for the R&B Community.  Madison's favorite part of Leadership Camp is the opportunity to meet new people and teach the Social Change Model of Leadership Development!

 

Maggie Voisin – Facilitator

Maggie is from right here in Mount Pleasant and is studying Child Development.  In her senior year, Maggie is a Resident Assistant in Celani Hall and is a member of CMU's Women's Club Volleyball team.  A past camper herself, Maggie's favorite part of LCamp is seeing the potential that students have to impact their communities at home, at CMU, and in the world!

 

Megan Brandell – Facilitator

From Dewitt, Michigan we have Megan, a senior majoring in Health Administration.  Megan also has two minors, Athletic Coaching and Gerontology, is a mentor with Adopt-A-Grandparent, and a member of the Collegiate Health Administration Preparatory Society.  Megan loves teaching the Social Change Model and leadership in a fun and interactive way!

 

Natalie Rollinger – Facilitator

Natalie, a computer science major, is a Junior from Farmington Hills, Michigan.  Natalie is also pursuing a minor in psychology while being involved in Leadership Safari, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.  Natalie's favorite part of Leadership Camp is how close everyone is able to grow in such a short amount of time.

 

Nia Boone – Leadership Camp Assistant

Nia, joining us from Detroit, Michigan, is an Integrative Public Relations major.  Nia is a junior transferring to CMU this Fall and is involved with the National Society of Leadership and Success at Oakland Community College.  A two-time LCamp attendee, Nia's favorite thing about Camp is getting to meet new people and enjoying Mock Rock!

 

Renae Latoski – Facilitator

Renae is a Recreation, Parks, and Leisure Services Admin major from Merrill, Michigan.  A Junior, Renae is also working towards two minors; Management and Leadership.  She is a part of the Club Rugby team and the Future Alumni Association and her favorite part of Camp is the amazing people who are genuinely motivated to create change!

 

Ryan Warriner – Facilitator

Ryan is a Jackson, Michigan native pursuing majors in History and Social Studies (with a Political Science concentration).  A 5th year Senior, Ryan is an RA in Thorpe Hall and is a member of the Collegiate Council of Social Studies and the E3 Teach to Reach Conference planning committee.  His favorite thing about Leadership Camp is the chance he has to interact with and learn from other staff members and participants!

 

Toni Schafer – 2.0 Facilitator

Toni will be a 5th year Senior originally from Canadian Lakes, Michigan.  She is a Health Administration major and is working towards minors in both Leadership and Mathematics.  Toni is a member of Alpha Sigma Alpha, the Pre-Dental Society, and the CMU Honors Program.  This is Toni's second year as a 2.0 facilitator and loves seeing the growth that occurs over the 3 days of LCamp.

 

Tyler Lajiness – Facilitator

A native of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Tyler is a Junior majoring in Photojournalism and minoring in Digital Design.  Tyler is involved with the Student Organization for Addiction Recovery and plays intramural floor hockey.  As a past camper, his favorite thing about Leadership Camp is that he gets to learn a lot about leadership and gets to meet a ton of new people!

 

Kendra Coons – Coordinator

Kendra Coons is from Cedar Springs, MI and is studying Recreation & Event Management, with minors in Communications, Hospitality and Leadership. Kendra is about to embark on her internship to finish her degree. She was a 3-year Resident Assistant in Woldt Hall, worked in the East Community Success Center, a CMU PINK Campus Team Member, and was a member of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity. She loves getting to know all of CMU's future leaders! 


Tristen Roman – Coordinator

Tristen will be graduating this August and joins us from the cherry capital of the world, Traverse City.  This is his third year on the LCamp staff and has been working towards a major in Psychology. He is a tutor on campus, participates in intramural sports, is a member of the Honors Program, Studied Abroad, and is currently writing a book.  Tristen's favorite part of Camp is the inspiration and friendships he has gained over the years!
