Family Member Orientation - Spring Semester Program
Family members are welcome to accompany their students to campus for a separate informational meeting designed to answer questions about Central Michigan University. Family members and students attend on the same orientation date.
The orientation for family members offers an inside look at the campus life, educational opportunities, and challenges that new CMU students experience. The family member meeting begins at 9 a.m. and concludes by 11:30 a.m. Family members will have free time to explore campus and visit various university service offices while waiting for the student orientation program to conclude. Family members have the option to purchase their lunch on campus during orientation.
Family members planning to attend should have their student complete the online reservation process to include their attendance. There is no separate fee to attend this meeting. If the Orientation reservation has already been submitted without indicating family member attendance, call the Orientation office at 989-774-6629 to add family members.
