Office of Research & Graduate Studies 

The Office of Research and Graduate Studies is available to partner with you for research needs in three specific areas – sponsored programs, compliance issues, and laboratory/field safety.  Research and Graduate Studies can help connect you with faculty, staff, and students to help foster the highest quality research.

Academic Development – Academic & Professional Programs 

Academic and Professional Programs (APP) assists the CMU community by providing strategic consultation, facilitation, and project coordination services in support of research-informed curriculum initiatives.  APP also oversees the planning and delivery of professional development and personal enrichment programs in both credit and non-credit formats.

University Communications – Business Development Team 

The Business Development Team of University Communications partners with APP to bring employers certification, customizable, and on-site classes/programs to employers.  This team is prepared to personally meet with you and listen to your professional development needs and customize CMU's offerings to meet those needs.

University Advancement – Alumni Relations & Giving 

Whether it is bringing alumni back to campus or looking to host an alumni event for your company's CMU alumni base, Alumni Relations is happy to partner with you.  Advancement is also pleased to offer sponsorship and giving opportunities for corporations that are looking to build their brand on campus, or simply give back to CMU.

CMU Global Campus Operations 

Central Michigan University's Global Campus operation has more than 40 locations across the country, as well as online offerings.  Frequently, employers will engage with our Global Campus operation to offer nearby/onsite courses for companies with tuition reimbursement or to fill other educational needs.

Central Michigan University Research Corporation 

Central Michigan University Research Corporation (CMURC), is a place in which you can turn an idea into a business or to position your business for a state of growth. Located in the heart of a SmartZone, CMURC serves as the central Michigan area as a business incubator, bringing numerous services to business start-ups.

College of Medicine 

12,600 square-foot, state-of-the-art research facility for its College of Medicine faculty. The laboratories are designed to conduct bio-medical research in an open concept environment culture, while pursuing projects that will contribute to groundbreaking discoveries in medicine.

The Governor John Engler Center for Charter Schools 

The Center provides experience, expertise, commitment, and knowledge that allows CMU-authorized schools to stay focused on what is most important: ensuring that all students have access to quality education options.
