Professional Development:

LGBTQ Services would like to invite staff and faculty to register for one of two 4-week development opportunities around Navigating Triggers: How to Control Your Reactions and Respond Effectively.

In this five-week development we will engage the Triggering Event Cycle, develop skills and tools to stay present in the moment, and overtime expand our capacity to continue to engage through experiences that in the past might have deskilled us.

We are capping each opportunity at 10 participants and ask that you commit to all 5-
weeks if you sign up. All materials will be provided for you. You will receive an Outlook invite as confirmation to your registration. If you have not received confirmation within two weeks, please contact Summer Baldwin at (989) 774-3637.
