Conference Fees 

Leadership Safari registration costs $125.  This includes admission to all Safari speakers, conference materials, lodging in your residence hall, meals, and your conference t-shirt. This fee is not assessed until after the conference is complete, and will be charged to the student’s campus account. There will be no charge if the student is unable to attend and notifies our office prior to the cancellation deadline (4 August 2018).

Participants who register and do not attend all conference sessions will be required to pay the early move-in fee, totaling $400 (which includes the registration fee). 

There is also a “No Show” fee of $150. If there are circumstances which prohibit attendance at Leadership Safari, we ask for advance notification via the options provided within the emailed confirmation materials. 


Fee Waiver Program 
Students with demonstrated financial need may request a fee waiver.  If a student has an Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) of between $0 and $5,000 per year, as determined by the FAFSA, they are eligible for a fee waiver.  Please refer to this page to apply for the fee waiver program. 

Partial Fee Wavier

Partial fee waivers will subsidize conference fees, bringing the cost of registration down to $50.  Students with an Expected Family Contribution of $5,001 to $10,000, as determined by FAFSA, are eligible.  This financial support is made possible in large part to the generosity of generous alumni who give back to this program!  Please refer to this page to apply for the fee waiver program.
