What is Spring Leadership Safari?
Spring Leadership Safari is a two-day conference designed for students who are new to CMU or entering into their second semester on campus. Spring Safari offers programs and activities grounded in leadership theory and social change. Participants will be placed in teams of about 5-10 fellow students; in these teams, they will explore personal values and goals, experience team-building challenges, engage in volunteer activities, and more. Participation in Spring Safari will result in increased knowledge of campus resources, creating a network of friendship and support on campus, and growth as a socially responsible leader.
