Greetings and thank you for stopping by.
We have a couple of important announcements...
We are Moving!
The McNair Scholars Program is relocating to Ronan 260 effective August 20, 2018. We hope to be unpacked and ready to greet students by the first day of classes. As always, we welcome you to stop by to find out what McNair is all about. If you have trouble finding us in Ronan, please call us at (989) 774-1364 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will help you find us!
2019 McNair Recruitment
The McNair program is funded by the U.S. Department of Education and named in honor of Dr. Ronald E. McNair who perished on the Space Shuttle Challenger in 1986, we work with low income, first generation college students and underrepresented students who want to get their Ph.D. We are producing new Ph.D.’s every year.
We formally recruit scholars every fall but we invite you to reach out to us at any time. We want to meet you, hear your story and help you find an educational and career path that will best fit your needs and interests. If you want to get your Ph.D. (possibly for free!) and have the opportunity to do cool research, we strongly encourage you to click here to fill out a brief interest survey
telling us more about yourself.
