​​​​​​Counseling Center staff have carefully compiled a collection of educational and supportive resources we believe provides useful and relevant information, suggestions, ideas, and strategies individuals may find helpful in taking good care of themselves and addressing personal concerns. These supportive resources may be used instead of counseling, before meeting with a counselor, or along with counseling. Students unsure if meeting with a counselor is a step they want to take, may want to try using some of the supportive resources first to see if this is sufficient or if concerns continue. If concerns continue, it may make sense to meet with a counselor.
