Service Center Representative

Responsibilities

Position Overview: Provide customer service to members and guest that inquire about the facility and programs and services operated by the department.
Major Duties: Screen, transfer phone calls and/or record messages from incoming phone calls to professional staff or to other departments; assist members and guests in answering their questions about the Student Activity Center and other related University events and programs;provide directions to important campus locations and around the city of Mt. Pleasant; light filing; other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Other related customer services such as cash register operations and switchboard experiences (preferred)
*** MUST BE WILLING FOR EMPLOYMENT OVER WINTER BREAK.

Certifications Requirement

Current Adult, Child and Infant CPR and Standard First Aid (American Red Cross - preferred), A.E.D Certification (preferred) and Right to Know training.
