Nutrition. Movement. Mindfulness.

This free program will give students the tools to be successful in the areas of nutrition, movement, and mindfulness. 

Registration is required for this  free program for students supported by CMU's Counseling Center, Nutrition and Dietetics Program, Residence Life, and University Recreation.

Wellness Wednesday
Wellness Wednesday presentations are free and designed to provide the most up-to-date information on trending wellness topics! Presentations will cover a range of topics from the eight dimensions of well-being: intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, environmental, financial, occupational and psychological. Snacks included.


Wellness Workshops
Wellness workshops are specialty programs designed to give participants a deeper experience with a specific focus.
