Fitness Series Classes
Different than our regular group fitness classes, series classes offer participants a 6-week commitment that will allow you to grow and sustain your new habit!
SAC Members: $46; Non Members: $115
Sept 11 - Oct 18 (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Choose from 6AM-7AM or 5:30PM-6:30PM
Meet under the SAC Clock Tower (Rain: SAC MP Fit)
Medium/High Intensity - During this progressive series, participants will have the opportunity to exercise outdoors at our athletic stadiums! This series will feature strength and cardio exercises utilizing your body weight and the environment.
Oct 22 - Nov 28 (Mondays and Wednesdays)
Low/Medium Intensity - No experience necessary! During this progressive series, participants will be introduced to a variety of equipment in our Multi-Purpose Fitness Room. This series will feature a balance of strength, cardio and flexibility exercises in order to develop fitness habits for life!
Barre Above® Series - Register!

Low/Medium Intensity - No experience necessary! Barre Above® is a totally unique approach to barre workouts as you've seen them. Fusing the best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above® delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape
Group Fitness Classes
Motivating, enthusiastic and energy-packed instructors will lead you in classes that consist of a variety of cardiovascular activities, as well as strengthening, flexibility and relaxation exercises designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels.
All you need is your CMU ID and a group fitness pass per class! Passes can be purchased at the Guest Services desk within the Student Activity Center and get loaded right to your CMU ID card. We accept cash, check, credit/debit, and student account charge as payment.
