Group Fitness Classes
enthusiastic and energy-packed instructors will lead you in classes that
consist of a variety of cardiovascular activities, as well as strengthening,
flexibility and relaxation exercises designed to meet the needs of all fitness

All you need is your CMU ID and a group fitness pass per class! Passes can be purchased at the Guest Services desk within the Student Activity Center and get loaded right to your CMU ID card. We accept cash, check, credit/debit, and student account charge as payment.

Specialty Series Classes
Jan 23 - March 1; Tues/Thurs 9am - 10am
Paddleboard Yoga is a six-week specialty group fitness class. Prepare for a different experience than in the studio! SUP Yoga is the combination of yoga with stand up paddle surfing (SUP) while the board is in the calm water. Space is limited to 5 participants.
Jan 22 - Feb 28; Mon/Wed 7:30am - 8:15am
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is a six-week series group fitness class. HIIT is a 45 minute total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. Your instructor and teammates will push you to reach your goals and keep you motivated!
March 12 - April 18; Mon/Wed 7:30am - 8:30am
This high-energy series provides constant variety. These group sessions will provide a killer total-body workout that combines sprint intervals, bodyweight exercises, and high-intensity movements. You will build strength and aerobic capacity all at the same time. Your instructor and teammates will push you to reach your goals and keep you motivated.
